1. Returns

1.1. Eligibility for Returns

  • Products must be returned within 30 days of the delivery date.
  • To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, in the same condition that you received it, and in the original packaging.
  • Custom-sized and specified products are non-returnable and non-refundable, unless there is a defect in materials or workmanship.

1.2. Return Process

  • To initiate a return, please contact our customer service team at returns@lrsystems.com with your order number and details of the product you wish to return.
  • Our team will provide you with a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and instructions for shipping the product back to us.
  • Please do not send your purchase back to us without an RMA number.

1.3. Return Shipping

  • You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
  • We recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We do not guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

2. Refunds

2.1. Refund Eligibility

  • Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
  • If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your original method of payment.

2.2. Refund Processing

  • Refunds will be processed within 7-10 business days of receiving your returned item.
  • You will receive an email notification once your refund has been processed.

2.3. Partial Refunds

  • Partial refunds may be granted in the following situations:
    • Any item not in its original condition, damaged, or missing parts for reasons not due to our error.
    • Any item returned more than 30 days after delivery.

3. Exchanges

  • If you receive a defective or damaged item, please contact us immediately at returns@lrsystems.com. We will arrange for a replacement or a full refund.
  • Please provide details and photos of the defect or damage.

3.2. Exchange Process

  • To exchange a product, follow the return process outlined above and specify that you would like an exchange instead of a refund.

4. Non-Returnable Items

4.1. Custom Orders

  • Custom-sized and specified products are non-returnable and non-refundable, unless there is a defect in materials or workmanship.

4.2. Other Non-Returnable Items

  • Gift cards.
  • Products that have been used or altered.
